IBM Quantum System One

Today at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, IBM unveiled IBM Q System One, the world’s first integrated quantum computing system designed for scientific and commercial use. Map formed part of the design team alongside sister studio Universal and IBM scientists and systems engineers.

IBM Q System One has a sophisticated, modular and compact design optimised for stability, reliability and continuous commercial use. Collaborating with Universal Design Studio, we worked on defining the vision for the system, where the hardware, spaces and interface are considered as a single coherent experience.
